When are private counselling or mediation appointments available?
Appointments are available Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are usually 10:00AM until 6:00PM starting times. Under special circumstances, other times may be negotiated.
How long are private counselling sessions?
Private counselling sessions are usually 60 minutes duration and groups of two or more are for 90 minutes or more by negotiation.
How long are mediation sessions?
Mediation sessions can run for a number of hours until agreement is reached. Comfort breaks are usually part of the process during mediation and are recommended.
How long are the workshops?
Workshops are designed according to the needs of the organization or school. They may be of any length depending on the aims and objectives. Examples might be half day, full day, weeks or even a full term if integrated into the school curriculum.
What are the fees?
Fees are as follows:
- Individual counselling: $170.00 for one hour's consultation.
- Mediation: $170.00 per person per hour.
- Mediation for four to six participants, $85.00 per person per hour.
- Course fees are by negotiation

Is there parking available?
Free parking is available at both Crows Nest and Terrigal locations. 2 hour free parking is available at Holtermann Steet and Holt Street car parks and unlimited parking is available at Terrigal in private car park for clients.
What other amenities are available?
Other amenities include toilet facilities in all locations, public transport close by,shopping and cafes.
How many sessions will we need before experiencing the benefits?
The number of sessions you may need is subjective and open to negotiation as you progress. Results are often gained in one to three sessions. However, the longer bullying has been experienced and the degree of suffering as a result, will depend on the time needed to heal and gain benefits.

Is counselling available if required at a school or workplace?
Christine Bennett is a Clinical member of PACFA and a PACFA accredited Mental Health Practitioner. She has a Working With Children Clearance and was a secondary school teacher prior to her career in counselling.
Christine and Emily are also WorkCover approved.
